Former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Yekini Nabena, has stated that the ‘Obidient’ support group for Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, only exists on social media.

Speaking in Abuja today June 22, Nabena said

“I can tell you that the so-called ‘Obedient movement’ only exists on social media, and that after the upcoming elections, it will inevitably morph into a disobedient movement, followed by an obituary as the movement dissipates.”

The lawmaker from Bayelsa also boasted that the ruling APC will perform exceptionally well in the 2023 elections. According to him, the party will receive no less than 2,1 million votes during the presidential election in the Niger Delta.

“The APC would receive no less than 2.1 million votes in the Niger Delta, from Escravos to Forcados, Brass to Bonny. This is due to the fact that our citizens are obtaining their PVCs in large numbers and are aware of the correct party and candidate to vote for when the time comes.” he said
