At Anguwar Epe, behind Government Science Secondary School (GSSS), Tungan-Maje, Abuja, a three-month-old baby and five women were reportedly kidnapped.
Ishaku, a resident of the area, said kidnappers with sophisticated weapons invaded the area on Tuesday night around 10:23 pm.
He said some kidnappers, to scare security agents and neighbours away, used violence spread sporadically to scare them away.
“They came through the big mountain behind the Epe and went into two houses and kidnapped a three-month-old child and five women,” he said.
According to him, before the arrival of some policemen from the Tugan-maje outpost, the kidnappers left with their victims for the bush.
