Abuja high court adjourned Nnamdi Kanu case to October 21

Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, will remain in custody until October 21, 2021.

Kanu was to appear in court on Monday, but the Federal Government failed to arraign him.

The Department of State Services (DSS) has been holding Kanu since he was arrested abroad last month.

Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court in Abuja adjourned the case until October 21, 2021, over the failure of the Federal Government to arraign him.
