Vice Principal Mohammed Nuhu, from Kwali Area Council in Abuja, Nigeria, has been kidnapped.

A teacher who wished to remain anonymous reported kidnappers armed with high-tech weaponry stormed the school’s staff quarters.

He stated several kidnappers circled the quarters, while others climbed the fence into the facility and broke into his flat, where they took him.

In his account, the kidnappers first tied down the gatekeeper before breaking into the victim’s home and forcing the door open.

“In fact, because to the random gunshots, even some instructors who are remaining within the quarters could not come out,” he claimed.

During the night of Saturday, there was an incident.

Nigerian Union Teachers (NUT) Chairman Comrade Stephen Knabayi verified that the vice principal had been kidnapped.

Abubakar Abdullahi Gbedako, who is also the vice principal of Junior Secondary School, Kwaita in Kwali local council, was kidnapped a few days before to this occurrence.

Knabayi said the union has sent multiple letters to the FCT Administration and various local council chairmen to protest about the abduction of its members on a constant basis.

Police spokeswoman Adeh Josephine, DSP, was unable for comment when reached, saying she was at a meeting at the time.

Despite her commitment, she has yet to phone our reporter back as of the time this article was being written.
