President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived in London ahead of the Global Education Summit, where he will be speaking on behalf of Nigerians.

He is set to address education ministers and other stakeholders from around the world at a conference being held by King’s College this week.
President Buhari said: “It is time for all countries to double down on their efforts to provide universal access to quality basic education for every child.”
The conference will look at how governments can work with entrepreneurs and philanthropists, as well as businesses, civil society organisations and international agencies, in order to achieve these goals. President Buhari has been instrumental in developing Africa’s first national agenda for girls’ education which was launched last year
