A United States court has issued an arrest warrant for super detective Abba Kyari. Otis Wright of the United States District Court for the Central District of California ordered the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FIB) to establish the location of Kyari in the United States and have him deported for involvement with Ramon Abbas, aka Hushpuppi.

Hushpuppi and five others allegedly conspired to defraud the businessperson by claiming to be consultants and bankers who could facilitate a loan to finance the construction of a school in Qatar.

The five are Abdulrahman Juma from Kenya, 28; Chibuzo Vincent from Nigeria, 40; Yusuf Anifowoshe, 26; Rukayat Fashola, 28; and Bolatito Agbabiaka, 34.

Vincent, however, was allegedly hunted by Hushpuppi after a dispute broke out among the team when the latter threatened to reveal the fraud to the Qatari businessman.

The affidavit indicates that Kyari is a highly decorated deputy commissioner of the Nigeria Police Force who allegedly arranged for Vincent’s arrest and jailing at Abbas’ behest, then sent Abbas photographs of Vincent after his arrest. In addition, Kyari allegedly sent Abbas the details of a bank account into which Abbas could deposit payment for Vincent’s arrest and imprisonment,” the statement partly reads.

However, Kyari said he did not receive any money from Hushpuppi.
