Gianluigi Donnarumma has signed a five-year contract with Paris St Germain, After reaching the end of his contract with AC Milan, where he had been since 2013, the 22-year-old joins PSG after winning the award for the best player at EURO 2020.
Donnarumma made his Milan debut aged 16 in 2015 and played over 200 times in Serie A for the club.
PSG have confirmed Donnarumma’s move three days after he helped Italy win Euro 2020 and was named player of the tournament.
On Paris St. Germain’s official website, Donnarumma said: ‘I’m very happy to be part of this great club.
I’m ready to take on this new challenge and grow here. ‘With Paris, I want to win as much as possible and bring joy to the fans.’
President Nasser Al-Khelaifi said: “We are pleased to welcome Gianluigi Donnarumma to Paris St. Germain.”.
