Muhammad Fawehinmi, the first son of the late human rights lawyer, Chief Gani Fawehinmi, has died.
Mohamed died today after complaining about breathing problems, according to family sources. He complained of breathing difficulties when he awoke. He died at the hospital after being rushed there.
Mohammed, 52, graduated from the University of Buckingham in England with a law degree and was called to the Nigerian bar in 1998. He suffered a terrible accident in Lagos in 2003, which affected his spinal cord and confined him to a wheelchair.
Mohammed Fawehinmi was unmarried before his death.
