In the early hours of Friday, a group of troops was attacked at Osisioma, Tonimas junction, Aba, Abia State.

The terrorists, who caught the military off guard, set patrol cars on fire, according to an eyewitness.

The terrorists ambushed the soldiers on the Enugu-Aba-Port Harcourt Expressway’s Tonimas junction axis, according to him.

In solidarity with their besieged leader, Nnamdi Kanu, who was arraigned in an Abuja court on Friday, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) announced a sit-at-home day.
