The primary suspect in the distribution of kegs of fuel as souvenirs during a party hosted at the Havilah Events Centre in Victoria Island on the 4th of March, 2022, has been apprehended and will be charged in court shortly.

In a statement released by CSP Adekunle Ajisebutu, spokesperson for the state police command, the suspect, Ogbulu Chidinma Pearl, was charged with four counts of conduct likely to cause a breach of peace, endangering human life by distributing combustible material in a public gathering, intent to cause harm to another, and unlawfully carrying on the business of another.

Remember that following the viral video of the distribution of fuel as a memento that went viral lately, the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Alabi, ordered the arrest of the culprit, who was at the time still on the run from authorities who used Petrol as a souvenir

She was released on bond, and the case was rescheduled for the 24th of March.
