Details remain vague, but a local who identified himself only as Mohammed stated that the gunmen got access to Genuine Estate after Efab Queens on 6th Avenue, Gwarinpa.

He told our journalist over the phone that the criminals were armed with bows, arrows, and machetes and that they were numerous.

Josephine Adeh, the FCT Police Command’s spokesman, informed Daily Trust that the crime included a robbery, not a kidnapping.

Adeh, a Deputy Superintendent of Police, stated that the police had been dispatched to the location to investigate how the incident occurred.

She pledged that the public would be appropriately told once the incident’s particulars had been determined.
