Many persons are alleged to have been killed in an explosion in Iware town in Taraba State’s Ardo Kola Local Government Area.

According to shauntv sources, a bomb exploded at a popular neighbourhood eatery.

Injuries were incurred by more than 20 persons, including women, as a result of the incident. They were rushed to the Federal Medical Center in Jalingo, according to reports.

DSP Usman Abdullahi, a spokesman for the Taraba police command, acknowledged the event but stated that three people were killed and 19 were injured.
